today,was really a great day.In the morning,i rushed to simei community centre to meet minhui,tinghuan and xuewei.we registered for the Skipping event.it is a charity and a breaking record event.10 times of skip will be able to exchange 1 bowl of rice for the needies.so,i decided to go for this event although i have tons of homework that are not done yet.
when we reached there,there was not a lot of people over there.but mostly i saw,was the metta school students.i was quite surprised that they would join this event.some of them were not able to skip corrrectly,but their teacher support and encourage them to perserve.what a caring and loving teacher,you see.even the metta school students could volunteered to take part in this event,everyone should learn from them.do more charity,people :D
qingyao and i skipped around 3000plus.to me,it was really unbelievable already.i had never skipped so many in my whole life.i broke my own record! minhui,peiyun,tinghuan,xuewei and richard skipped around 2000 plus.as for jiahao,i had forgot his:)
after the first 2000 skips,i got many blister on the bottom of my leg.blisterblisterblister.so i put many plaster in order to continue to skip more.tinghuan had big bruised on her toe!:D thus,the second round,my target was to skip 2000,but i only got to skip 1516. how sad,i did not hit my target.haha,nvm its okay for me:D at least, i had contributed in this event.
there are around 4people who skipped for more than 10,000.this people,i called them crazy and 'pro' people.for me,i will faint if i had to skip 10,000 times.haha.
this event was a great and meaningful one.i have learnt to perserve.there are people outside there that are better than us.so,we have to do our best and aim for it.
haha,tomorrow,im going back to receive a 'honour of skipping 1000 nonstop' certificate like that?it's quite lame,i think.
after the skipping event,we went to a nearby coffee shop to have lunch,and then to popular.we went our separate ways after that,except for me and tinghuan.i wanted to go to tinghuan house to do my homework.however,in the end, we ended up playing the games at the summer fiesta near the simei community centre.it was a carnival and all the games were really fun and special.people could win $$$money if they were to break the record.for intance,for the bull game,if you were to break the record ,you will be able to get yourself 50dollars just for free.haha:D
qingyao,tinghuan and i went for a try.haha.it was my first time in life.before that ,tinghuan and i was like shivering with fear when we saw the people who have played the game.almost all of them just flew off the bull when the bull turned to a direction in a very fast speed.i flew off too.:D i got dizzy after i played it.tinghuan sat on it for 33seconds and i sat on it for 1min10seconds.haha,tinghuan ...mine is longer..haha.
when i got up onto the stage,i was trying to balance myself properly.as im not tall enough-.-,i could not get myself onto the bull.i had to lift my leg high.it was quite embarrasing to let people to see my 'ugly' leg because i put many plasters on it.so,there was a guy who wanted to help me up onto the bull.when he came,i faster climb up onto the bull.haha.he looked really familiar,but i dont who is he.he looked like someone i have seen before.but,i still dont know who is he.when the guy wanted to give me a help,the speaker started on teasing me and him.haha,it was weird because everyone started to look at me.everyone laughed too.the speaker asked the audience 'have you ever seen 'the guy's name' helping a girl before?'then,everyone said noooo.and many of them were like laughing la.i did not really listen to what the speaker said.he said a lot.so i only heard some.i was trying to concentrate on balancing myself on the bull.then the speaker stopped teasing me when he thought that my parents were there.actually,the parents he was talking about is tinghuan's parents.not mine.hahaha:D then , there was a lady that was sitting at the entrance on the stage. she was make funing of me too.when the bull started to move, she was like so worried for me when i dont feel anything.she kept shouting 'be careful,be careful! ,blablabla' okay,they were really friendly and fun to mix with..haha
the bull game really made my day although it was only like a minute game.
we played other stalls too.eg.football,tennis ball,golf.it was not really fun because it was quite difficult to reach the goals.then the last game we played ,was the catching of real kampong fishes.it was easy to catch.although it was fun to play with,i felt sorry for those fishes.tinghuan caught one fish that does not have its eyes.after we caught the fishes,the person in charge will put them in plastic bags with water.we were allowed to bring home.but,all three of us did not want to.so,we gave it to people who want it.
after everything had ended,i went to tinghuan's house to do my homework!haha.i saw my pressie which i gave tinghuan,on her cardboard.haha,it a sexy and cute spongeboard squarepants art.we did some homework.but, we ended up on looking at tinghuan's primary school retrospect.we saw a lot of people that we know and it was really funny.haha.we ate KFC at night:D:D.her mom bought it.
there was a lame and funny joke ,that was told by tinghuan's mom.
the skipping event is open to 24 hours until tomorrow 10am.as we were very tired after having to skip in the morning *yawns*.. tinghuan said that no one would want to skip at midnight.
so her mon said ' yes!!!!there are.guess who they are!guesssssss
tinghuan said dont know.so does me.
in then end you know what was the answer????????
its VAMPIRE.they canjump non-stop at midnight.most importantly,they dont even need a skipping rope.
it's funny la.tinghuan's face had this kind of expression -.- i laughed!
