Bintan training in the morning and I fell flat on the floor during the games. Hit my chest and my arms. Till now, the pain still inside the body. So suay.. After the games, it was stair climbing. My legs felt like jelly after climbing up and and going down the stairs for a several times.

Then, Swimming with shitty in the evening! It was so crowded! Tinghuan and I were wondering whether is there anyone who pee in the pool. By looking at the number of people over there, I think its obviously YES -.-

For a few times, I accidentally kick her butt and she shouted. It was damn funny! She bought a new blue swimming costume,nice.... :P It's baby blue.

Chicken so big! I was hoping that they could give me a smaller one. BUT, this time they give me a bigger one. Just this, I killed 'half' of a chicken. I couldn't finish it but Tinghuan finished it. Tsktsk, chcken killer:P haha
